These terms govern your use of fitsnix, a product operated by Manditi Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Manditi Tech Solutions provides fitsnix — software-as-a-service tools for fitness businesses, including gyms, yoga studios, dance academies, martial-arts schools, and personal trainers. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, send spam, or try to compromise our infrastructure.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance via Razorpay. Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.
5. Your data
You own your data. You can export it at any time. On cancellation, we will retain your data for 30 days to accommodate a change of mind, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manditi Tech Solutions's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to account admins at least 14 days before taking effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city where Manditi Tech Solutions is registered.
