Refund policy

We want you to be happy with fitsnix. If something isn't working for you, here's how Manditi Tech Solutions handles refunds and cancellations.
1. Free trial
Every new customer gets a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. If you don't subscribe within that window, nothing is charged.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each cycle. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We don't issue refunds for partial months once a payment has been processed.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans get a discount in exchange for an annual commitment. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable.
4. Service issues
If you encounter a sustained service issue on our end, contact support and we will work with you on a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
5. How to request a refund
Email the address on our contact page with your account details. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
