How long does setup take?

Can I import my existing member data?
Yes. We accept Excel/CSV exports from spreadsheets, and we have migration guides for the most common gym software. Data import is free on the Growth and Scale plans.
Does fitsnix work on low-end Android phones and slow networks?
Yes. The member and trainer apps are designed to work smoothly on entry-level Android devices and tolerate poor connectivity — attendance and payments are cached locally and sync when the network returns.
Do my members need to install an app?
They can, but they don't have to. Members can also check their plan, book classes, and pay fees via a web link you share on WhatsApp. The app just gives them a nicer experience.
Is my data safe, and can I get it out if I leave?
Your data is yours. You can export every member, payment, and attendance record to CSV at any time — on every plan, not just Enterprise. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
What payment methods do you support?
Razorpay handles UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. You can also record cash and manual payments. Subscription auto-renewal is supported for recurring memberships.
